Food wasn’t too bad, the nan bread tasted the best, but I found a piece of metal whilst chewing it, lucky enough I didn’t swallow it as it could have harmed me !

Ordered through Food hub, kebab arrived and just dry overcooked donner in a naan, no sauce or salad. Called and spoke to a guy who said i need to complain to food hub and it wasn't his problem. Extremely rude and poor food, won't be ordering

Meal deal 10, large doner nann , chips, drink...asked for well done nann and fresh well done chips....nann undercooked soggy doner meat tasteless, chips were reheated had been sat there, not fresh as asked for,overall- very poor , poor food, poor customer

Very good. Ordered Indian food a couple of times now and it's been great. Very tasty. Generous portions. Well spiced but (mostly) not too spicy for people who don't love hot food. Still hot enough for those of us who like spicy! Would recommend.Vegetarian options: Brilliant veggie options.

Having used Hot & Spot for many years on a nearly weekly basis I find it hard to believe any of the 1 Star reviews, I can only imagine they are being left by jealous competitors, my family has tried just about everything on the Menu over the years and not once have we ever had a complaint, the Delivery to our Village is always within good time and Staff are always friendly.

All the chicken is raw and pink I order chicken and it was all pink never ordering again.smells like gone off meet or been frozen many times, is it actually chicken or something else. My burger was sloppy and the burger’s buns were on the other side of the box and my pizza was was crushed when I opened the box and it was all upside down

The food was absolutely lovely! But what got it 5* was the fabulous customer service, I ordered ice cream but sadly they didn’t have my flavour, and sent me the only flavour they had available so I wouldn’t be without (Mint!) I called up and they kindly explained the situation and were then superKind enough to send their driver back to refund us the ice cream! Absolutely no hassle and their driver was just superb with the gentle knocking and being so understanding when my dogs jumped about and barked! Outstanding food and outstanding service !Kid-friendliness: They were cautious with knocking and speaking loudly as it was late!

Had to give 1 star because I couldn’t give 0, absolutely awful food. Not cooked properly, left a family member with food poisoning. DO NOT EAT HERE. Worst mistake ordering from this place. Needs closing down.
