Attention to detail- lack of... Front of house service- dire... Distinct show of 'preferential' treatment to some customers ? no condiments offered, and even after requesting some horseradish when plate was brought to table- my husband had to go to the bar area and ask again, resulting in meal being warm rather than hot due to delay. Will not recommend ? staff seemed more interested to be stood chatting in bar area

Don’t go! If I could give this 0 stars, I would.Lady was nice but “misunderstood” us and added a couple of things we didn’t order. Food was gross and tasted as if it was precooked and frozen for a while before we ordered it. My husband spit out the crab puffs (and he eats everything). We should have known, they have over 200 items on their menu and there’s no way it’s truly fresh.

Now named Burghead Chinese Takeaway. Excellent food, great portion and not too expensive. Very friendly service. Would recommend this Chinese takeaway.

Wonderful meal this afternoon, for Father’s Day. Fresh, tasty, locally sourced food served by attentive, approachable and friendly staff. Beautiful restaurant and beautiful food. I don’t normally take photos of my food and this is the only one I took, it tasted even better than it looks.
We enjoyed a delicious meal last night in the bothy, steak cooked to perfection and the best pepper sauce I have tasted, excellent wine choice and very friendly staff and atmosphere, we enjoyed it so much we went back this morning for breakfast ???

My wife and I have just moved back to the area and decided to try our local Chinese take away ! The whole experience was fantastic ? the fresh homemade satay sauce house special curry was the best I have ever had and my wife loved her shredded chicken in honey sauce also I think the prawn toast was also home made as it was twice the size than any I have had before and so fresh ! Well done and we will see you again soon !
