Place was so busy, the queue was still going when me and my family left. Apparently a team mate down. Obvious this team work hard and take pride in it, not fazed, continued to smile and engage with waiting customers. Overall an excellent team. I’m already a fan of the product. Standard Costa coffee although the queuing times could be better. Very slow with most visits meaning a 15 minute wait in the queue. Too long really. Too much chatting with customers at the tills.
