Arrived at the drive through, guy couldn’t hear us and his audio was cutting in and out, so he asked us to come to the payment window.We then asked for the new deal shown on the digital menus, he had no idea what we were asking for.Then he tells us there are no cheeseburgers… at McDonald’s? Apparently there isn’t enough buns, so I asked could they put it in a different bun and was told no.So reluctantly we choose something else, pay, and then go to collect. At the collection window they hand us someone else’s food.Absolute shambles. Never in my life have I been to a McDonald’s which isn’t serving burgers. Staff have no clue and are rude. Totally wrong food given.To the managers, perhaps put a sign up so people aren’t waiting in a drive through queue for burgers when there isn’t one.

Not open 24/7 as advertised, came back after a long drive only for the staff to be closing at 2amNo problem with having a closing time. Just actually tell your customers.

Seating availability always seems limited, which feels odd considering the footprint and upstairs area of the restaurant. Bit of a squeeze to get around during peak time as well.Food is standard and the restaurant is usually clean.
