Favorite Chicken Brooklands

1st time working in Milton Keynes and this place was great with lots of chicken options, will definitely be visiting again next time I'm in the area. There Is also a sainsbury and costs nearby if you want to pick up a coffee or do a convenience shop while out on lunch

I enjoyed the food very much. It was very tasty and the store was very clean and they were maintaining proper hygiene as well. Staff was very polite and friendly with very positive attitude towards me. I will recommend the food to my friends for sure. Thank you.

Not had a problem so far here, chicken always nice and well cooked, its good to have a local favorite branch in this area.

Good customer service and fresh food all the time i

I gave an order yesterday. One of staff said he will deliver to me . I called again after 1 hour and he said he can’t deliver and i should order somewhere else because they can’t deliver food . I explain to them my situation and the said he doesn’t care about it . Staff is very rude . So I don’t like male staff .

The food and the service is very good I don't know based upon what people had given them low

The food was ok or no flavours, however, it was fresh even though it was windy and thats all the positivity i can write for this company.BUT, the service is absolutely atrocious, ordering online, it states it is approximately 20mins, however I only received the email after 20mins stating that they accept my order.I was already in the store at the counter waiting for someone to serve me, not only did they ignored me, but they made eye contacts with me several times and still ignored me!After waiting between 5-10mins, I was successfully able to get someones attention by calling out to them, not being approached by them, but I have to call out to them to get there attention!I asked when is my order ready, the young lad fiddled around with the ordering system asking for my name and etc, then tells me it will be ready in 5mins. After he told me that, that was when i received the email that my order has been accepted!Not only were they rude ignoring a customer who is at the counter, not standing away from it, but literally at the counter looking for someone to serve me, they also did not pay attention to the online orders as well.To save you from trouble, do not order from them since they just your waste timeUpdate: just to clarify the situation, I placed the order online and was given a notification that it was ready to collect, it was less than 5mins walk for me and when I arrive, the order was never made at all. After making a great deal of effort to get someone’s attention, they then accept the order and i receive another email notification stating they are now preparing it. Either the system is terribly flawed or someone made a mistake while updating the order

Done a online order, through just eat they confirmed it says delivery between 10.10pm and 10.30pm. Rang them at 10.45pm to be told it would be with me within 10 mins and it never arrived!!

Food was cold, dry, not freshly made and tasteless. Wings and chicken were like they were a day old or have been reheated or fried again and again.

I asked for a family sharing bucket. The man serving said he would make some fresh if I did not mind the wait, which I was fine with. The portion of chip size was very good and they were hot. The chicken was a little soggy, I think this is because they put it in the box and closed it and the steam made it that way, but even so it was still very tasty and the chicken itself not just the batter was soft and great seasoning.

The place is really clean, however, the chicken is tasteless compared to KFC or home made chicken.

We have purchased 2 times from this chicken shop the 1st time we let it slide because the chicken shop has just opened up but this is the 2nd time purchasing and the wings are dry like they were from the day before. Next time give your customers fresh wings. We buy the food to eat something nice and enjoyable, not something that tastes like nothing and is dry. I will not be buying from here again and advise you not to sell others food as you sold to us because then you will lose business.Dietary restrictions: bad
