Very disappointed in our visit Used self service point to order, then have to join normal que to collect drinks even though you collect a table number , Waited 9 minutes for a coffee and tea Breakfast came to the table , bacon cold , beans had skin on the juice and missing toast , so sent it back, Wife’s ‘toasted’ tea cake was frozen in the middle - sent that back All in all don’t bother as really not worth the money . Drive to the local weatherspoons as you know what to expect! The place needs more staff that care and also sweep the floor:)

Very disappointed, went for a quick cheap eat around 4:15 only to be told there was no food left ????? !!!!! Attached to one of the biggest supermarkets in the area and no food left ?

Restaurant was filthy, cutlery was watermarked and dirty. The girl behind the counter had an attitude as bad as the cold food. £30 I spent in there and I’m not quite sure on what. All the food has previously been cooked and very obviously been kept in the hot hold for too long . Trays with dirty food on right where you get your cutlery from. Handed plates which where caked in grease from the pass. Walking around you can see into the kitchen. If EHO had walked in when I did, they would have been shut down! Manager was on shop floor for some reason? Rather than helping the new girl who said “I’m new I have no idea what’s going on”

Everything is self order, went to a table as board on entry says use QR code at your table. There are no QR codes on the table, so back to the machine to order. Using the machine was quite simple, but it does not show what has gone through nor issue a receipt. Went to the drinks station to collect drinks, lady there was rude and stand offish. "You need to order at the machine". I politely replied I have done. "Well you will have to wait as I'm busy" Coffee cups were passed over on dirty saucers, so asked for them to be changed Ordered two breakfasts with poached eggs. Someone came over to tell us poached eggs would be a few minutes, not a problem. Less than five minutes later someone else came over to tell us they do not cooked poached eggs here, so why are they on the menu? Breakfasts came out, sorry one breakfast came out. Other one had not gone through on the machine. If teaching had shown what had been ordered, I could have sorted it. We will not be coming back

I walked up to the till and tried to order and was briskly told to order from the self service. I did ordered a roast chicken. I was addressed by the person i tried to order from in the first place that this cafe was not able to cook roast chickens and did i want something else. I had opened my drink and sat down so ordered a chicken burger. This was 50p less and thought i would be offered a refund. Noth friendly and refund the difference. Making the customers feel like an inconvenience is not right.

The upgrade has been done nicely and the place looks better. We visited for Sunday brunch. We ordered before realising that we were looking at mounds of congealing food stacked up on plates that were never cleared. Many tables in the cafe were covered in leftovers and not cleared during the the 30 minutes we waited for our food whilst one waitress stood chatting to a customer. Most unpleasant. It’s a shame as the food was decent and good value when it arrived but all the dirty tables to look at spoilt the appetite.

Ordered a small breakfast at the self service point (no staff at the till) had to go and find a table number first, then had to wait at the coffee counter for my drink(no table service?) Breakfast arrived promptly but had to ask for sauce. Poached egg rock hard, the rest was fine and then the blaring music started, never again!

We visit at least once or twice a month, we’ve been away for a month and returned yesterday for our small breakfast. Our table needed to be cleaned and when the breakfast arrived we got half a slice of bacon, we shall be going elsewhere from now on.

First time at the cafe since lockdown started. Went for breakfast. How things have changed. No longer a 'big breakfast' on the menu. It has been replaced by 'English breakfast'. Mainly the same but black pudding and toast are included with the other items expected in a cooked breakfast. Previously you got a number of button mushrooms but now only one non button mushroom. I suspect you used to get 2 hash browns but now only one. You can no longer 'swap' items. You are also now encouraged to order an a machine ratther than a the till and pay by card. If they want me to key in my own order then then I expect a dicount for doing so. In any case I pay by cash so the till had to be opened and someone take my order. It wa about 8.35 when I was there and not many customers. My breakfast was lukewarm at best and some items ie bacon and beans were at room temperature. If I had not been in a hurry I would have sent the breakfast back. Incidently you do not get butter with your toast you get some sort of spread. I sugeest if a good breakfast is desired the go to the Barn where everthing is freshley cooked and you order as little or as much as you wish including cereals etc for only a few pound more than you pay at Morrisons. Give Morrisons a miss standards are dropping rapidly throughout the store.

From start to finish very unpleasant experience, 1 auto till for a busy Sunday that then broke down, 1 staff member trying to tackle everything, Cleary more focused on saving money than giving this team staff to cope, This is a recurring issue here and has been for a long time, The team do there best here but have zero back up from managme t and the company at all, I feel for them working in the restaurant industry, Food was relatively quick but not the greatest quality Luke warm at best, No spoons or cups but then what do you expect when you dont rota enough staff on, Over all a shocking experience very poor again not the staffs fault

We went again yesterday to the little cafe, (we go in most weeks for a coffee and cake) . Tall, slim, black lad serving, and it makes such a pleasant change to hear him say I will bring your coffee over, and 'if is there anything else I can get for you, please let me know' when he delivers it. He was wearing his mask, and disinfected the tables between people going in. Super value and service with a smile :-)

Many tables uncleared, and unsanitised. Staff just standing around. Food was cold and unappetising. Cafe was dark and soulless It was all together simply a disappointing visit.

Went shopping in west croft Milton Keynes Saturday the 19th of April and was shocked they had just one scooter for a disabled person as my friend and I are both disabled we rely on these for getting around the store and you have to book it ridicules all the other big stores have more then one so we had to go to asda because at least we could do shopping lucky I have a patient daughter

Morrisons is the most convenient place to shop for me, as I also visit the pet shop for hamster bits, occasionally visit Boots for make-up, nip in the charity shop and there's also a choice of fast food places. I usually go to Morrisons for the breakfasts until 4pm, (I love the tea, which is cheap) which have almost always been perfect for me. The portion sizes can be a tad small, a large chips I would certainly consider a small. The staff are usually pleasant and polite. I've had the odd miserable woman at the end till, but we're usually just concentrating on where we'll sit at this point. The one occasion I didn't enjoy the breakfast was when there was the bus of elderly people visiting. There was a long queue and the place was dirty. The trays near the beginning were filthy, it looked like someone had vomited on all of them. Realistically it was probably wet swampy mashed potato. I'm very squeamish about germs and dirt, so it wasn't pleasant to see a lot of older people eating with their mouths open. However this has only happened once, and we continue to eat there. The tables need to be cleaned properly, as often flies will circle round sticky stains. Also, it can get VERY hot in summer, it's very sticky. All in all Morrisons gets a thumbs up, I just wish they stocked single packs of Wotsits!

Normal supermarket range with good offers and in-store bakery delicatessen and dry cleaners (slow service at the latter five days for jacket). Generally good for domestic shopping.
