Very bad staff stood there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to even say hello 3 guys there and I’m the only person in shop pizza is all I can say average at best ordered a chicken and wedge combo and the chicken well all I can say is chicken on the bone takes longer then a pizza to cook pizza went in then chicken and a few minutes later it’s all out just not good enough

Ordered pizzas on Saturday night, when it hadn't arrived 45mins after the estimated delivery time, we called the restaurant to be told it had been "left at the address". A bit of investigating later it turns out the driver had balanced the pizzas on our back garden gate, and they were now stone cold. We were told by the resturant that the driver had called us 4 times and knocked on the door (both untrue). We requested a refund which has not been given. Appaling service, will never use this restaurant again.

Yesterday I gave order for pizza veggie supreme I told remove mushroom and add jalapeños
We received order and I see pizza no any toppings only some jalapeños 2-3onion we usally have order in this shops but yesterday taste was tasteless very disappointed waste money

Love Fireaway pizza, friendly staff, great menu and fab lunch time offer. Just needs some AC so I can actually sit and eat in. Was far too hot in there!!

Fireway Pizza offers great-tasting pizzas with a variety of menu options and decent prices, especially with their Tuesday deal when you buy three pizzas. However, the toppings are a bit scarce, and service can be slow. Additionally, there is no seating area, making it better suited for takeout rather than dining in.

Great milkshakes

I’ve ordered pizza from this shop regularly but won’t any more. Tonight I ordered pizzas as a treat for my nephews. At 9.10pm I got an email saying it was on its way. At 9.30 I rang to ask where it was as I am literally 2 minutes from the pizza place. They assured me it was on its way and would be there in 5 minutes. I rang again and was told the same thing. When I rang a third time they said they had “lost my slip” and the order hadn’t left the store. I asked why the app said it had been despatched. They said “it does that automatically”. So - lying app and lying staff. Shame as the pizzas were nice last time we had them. I cancelled my order and am still waiting for my refund.

The first time I went, I had the herb fries. However they were in fact soggy new potatoes overwhelmed with herbs which was very disappointing as the pizza was incredible and the milkshakes were even better. The service was average but it took 30+ minutes which I understand as it is fresh pizza but it was still a long time to wait in a very hot shop. Despite this, I have been more times since then and the quality is getting better and better. I have not had the wedges since and I am not planning on it but the pizza is still incredibly good.

Very poor quality for the price.

Had own custom pizza and it was delicious to me! Price wise was affordable, and chicken wings - chili honey was good. Easy takeaways nearby our home. Vegan and gluten free options available too so its good for all.
