Visited mid afternoon 8th July. Pub was almost empty so expecting great service & food like we have had previously. Ordered chicken skewers with mint yogurt to start. When it arrived no yoghurt so tried to find waitress and when she reluctantly went to ask about dip came back and just said they had run out - had I known this wouldn’t have ordered this starter but asked for mayo stead as skewers were s great size and quality for starter. In short staff were just not interested so will think twice before returning which is a shame when always had great service in the past.

We had undercooked chicken skewers, paying for it now with stomach cramps. We found a hair in my fish and chips. Safe to say we will never go back there

No option for minus so had to put 1 star. Horrible meals (HOW CAN YOU GET PIZZA AND CHIPS SO WRONG???) The only atmosphere it has is ‘meh’. Surly staff who served premium priced meals at not so premium quality. Learnt from other reviews that there is always a ‘delivery problem’ which I’m starting to think is just an excuse for them not bothering themselves to actually order in ingredients. The only thing they deliver is a dead atmosphere (for lack of a better term) Disappointment to the pub industry. Couldn’t recommend it less. Avoid it like you’d avoid a zombie.

Today we had breakfast with Santa, and I have a young lad who’s dairy free and gluten free and rob and his head couldn’t have done enough for him, the food was lovely and came out lovely and hot, would highly recommend it here, we travelled from Liverpool too, we was made so welcome will defo be back
Came on a relatively quiet Sunday lunch time. It wasn't that busy. Food took at least 40min to arrive. There was another customer going around asking how long people have been waiting so clearly an issue.
When the food did arrive it was pretty cold which was a shame as Sunday lunch (for someones birthday) should be a bit special.
Asked if we would like another drink, 25min later still not arrived. Went to cancel them in the end as we had finished eating, not great interaction with the staff as we done so.
On payment again a question around why we cancelled the drinks. We asked if short staffed they just said no just very busy. If that was busy I'd hate to see them when more than 50% the tables occupied. Guy taking payment wasn't very polite, slamming the till and looking generally peed off.
Shame as been here for drinks plenty of times. Won't eat here again and probably avoid for a bit due to poor customer service/experience.

Really nice Robinson's pub. Food was great and we were really well accommodated even though they already had a party of 30+ people. Also had Heineken 0° on draught which was a bonus. Will definitely go back.
Kid-friendliness: There were plenty of families and nobody was bothered.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access entrance and plenty of room to move around.
