I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I am with this business, the lady owner who's name I didn't manage to get went over and above to make my purchase really special. Lovely woolen clothing (alpaca of course) but very steep prices. Small coffee shop. The alpaca herd itself is now a shadow of its former self. The adjacent wood store has a good selection of hand and power tools and a vast selection of dowels, but not much in the way of timber on display other than turning blanks.
My mother ordered some fluffy slippers for me. She wanted gloves but as they were not in stock the assistant suggested finger-less gloves. A complimentary note was added to wish me happy birthday. The phone call to the company was made after 2.00 pm on Wednesday and the nicely packaged parcel arrived the following morning. The slippers are warm and comfortable and a care label was included. You can't get better service than that, in my opinion.
