Had a girls meeting at glamberry. We had great time, food and service was excellent. Definitely visiting again.

I’d been to their other location on Perkins way previously and was so excited when they announced their city centre café as I live in the city centre!
Popped in for a last minute birthday cake a couple weeks ago for my mum and the owner Anum decorated this heart cake for me and it only took her 10 minutes! Super speedy and it tasted and looked amazing :)
The coffee and cakes available on the counter are so nice too, and all the girls who work there are so so lovely always greeted with a smile.
Well done to you all! X

One of my favourite places in Derby for Matcha & so many other drinks! The desserts taste amazing & absolutely love the decor and staff! The kindest girls ever & the best service.

I tried to order a cake from glamberry and not only did they leave me on read 5 times in the 5 messages I sent them across 5 days, they also did not make the cake how we wanted it, asked for white and gold and gave us white and silver and told us it was gold? They charged us £15 more for adding 2 rows of icing and they all look like they are depressed. As a new business they don’t seem to be doing very well.

For my visit, I had a pistachio croissant paired with an iced matcha latte. For my breakfast croissant, it was perfectly flaky and deliciously filled with white chocolate and pistachio. For my drink, there was only oat milk available which dominated the taste of the drink so I think the cafe would benefit greatly from adding additional alternative milks to their menu.

Besides this, the service provided by staff was satisfactory.

I really enjoyed the hot chocolate and cupcakes. Your service was so amazing. I recommend everyone should go to try this glam berry cafe to try their hot drink, cold drink, cake cupcakes ands snacks

Glamberry cakes are amazing. I’ve ordered many from birthdays to our UK wedding cake and will never order from anywhere else.
The ladies in the shop are rushed off their feet but are always provide service with a smile.

The service is absolutely rubbish and has put me off ordering. we ordered a cake and said we may be 5 minutes lates to collecting but the maps said we would reach before it closed. In which we got an answer. It’s not ok because I have to pay my staff more in wages. I didn’t think it was ok for me to sit in traffic but I had to go with it. This was not the response we wanted to hear. when we got t collected, there were so many people still sitting outside even after it had closed. So that response was not needed at all as they were happy serving others but not a fully paid cake order. Absolutely rude. The second time we ordered a cake for my friend’s birthday and requested for it to be a morning collection. This was two days before collection. Since then there was no response. Which I got very worried over. On the day of collection I rang to see if it was ready and they said no as we saw your message too late and come pick it up later. It delayed all our plans. They had enough notice but were too lazy to check their messages or respond.

I've ordered from Glamberry three times now, and while the cakes taste good, the service has been consistently terrible. Each time, communication has been lacking, and the staff has been rude during pick-up.

Sorry but went and it was not classy at all. It was very chavvy. It's in an industrial estate, very cold place, and it has a make shift workshop space. Half of the stuff from the cafe was missing, 'ran out'- Hot chocolate was not nice- Cadbury powder and milk. Cakes and popsicles weren't anything special either. I was disappointed given we travelled from a different city to visit. Don't be deceived by the instagram posts, it's taught us all a lesson about how deceptive things can be..so sorry but you guys need to work on your café considerably.

I’ve changed my review to 1 star. I have ordered cakes previously and it’s been fine. I wanted to order a cake for my dad’s 60th and provided all the information in one email and 5 weeks in advance. They responded with an image of what I wanted and then never responded after that. I understand that people are busy but at least respond to say you won’t be able to do it. I emailed twice after to confirm the order and sent messages on Instagram. I’m not angry, I’m disappointed. My dad didn’t get his derby county cake but we move on. It has put me off from buying because they can’t seem to sort their ordering process/customer service out.

I am a carer and I decided to take the individual I support to Glamberry for a bento box cake decorating 1:1 workshop. Anum was amazing and very accommodating towards the needs of the individual I support. This location is SEND friendly and accessible! I would highly recommend for parents/carers looking for an SEND friendly acitivity to participate in!
Thank you again Glamberry team ?

I brought my step daughter for a bento cake decorating workshop last weekend and we had such a great time. The aesthetic is lush! The atmosphere is lush and the ladies running it are fab! We had a great time and will definitely be back ?

My daughter bought me a Mothers day gift from here. And it was amazingly good. Not just to look at but tasted stunning also. The cake was on another level of exelent. The frosting divine the sponge light and tasty and the jam inside tasted home made very fruity. I will be purchasing from them myself in the future.
