"Toby" is the rudest person EVER. Placed an order on deliveroo for a munchies box for my husband amd friend and some plain noodles for myself (due to allergies, its the only thing I know is generally safe) - it arrived with onion, spring onion, beansprouts and mushroom in so I called and said I ordered plain, they said that is plain... I explained there must have been some confusion and I was happy to pay another delivery fee if it could be exchanged. "Nah, you ordered that dish" etc. I explained that because I have an allergy and the dish delivered contains allergens not on the list on the deliveroo menu. Young "Toby" continued to berate me, refuse me to speak to anyone else (despite telling me other staff were present, though their English wasn't fantastic - funny that once I started to contact deliveroo through my husband's phone Toby and the owner could be heard speaking perfect English to eachother. Eventually I was offered a replacement dish, but why did it have to be so convoluted. I wasn't arsey when the wrong dish was sent, I simply said I think there's been a mistake, and had also offered to pay the delivery driver for the return journey. Shame because the food for everyone else was actually quite nice, apparently.
Just horrific customer service. Toby should be absolutely ashamed of himself for how he spoke to me on the phone tonight.

We use this place now and again and have never had an issue. We order through just eat and it has always been delivered in good time & piping hot. The food is always delicious and good-sized portions. Delivery staff are always cheerful & friendly.

It only takes one bad experience for me to change a takeaway place. I have been using this place since 2017. Never had a bad one yet! Every dish we have tried has been great and delivery on time or slightly early.

2.5hrs on average for delivery. Don't say on Deliveroo food will be 50 minutes when you don't have enough delivery drivers to make anywhere near this time. Food has arrived over 2hrs late and cold on another occasion and we thought it was a one off, clearly not. 2.5 laters and food still isn't here... Call reception 'oh it's 10 mins away' utter lies. Will not be ordering again. Don't cut corners on staff when your custom is left for hours on end for cold food to arrive. Horrific place

This is my own experience, working for this place doing deliveries, and looking at the reviews on the food and the service. I’m not surprised at peoples bad reviews because of how they speak and treat to their staff as well. I worked at this company for a month and that was enough to make me leave.I got screamed at inside of my OWN CAR for bringing a family member with me to do deliveries, for some reason, they have a massive issue with bringing someone with you to do deliveries and I wasn’t all that confident on places, so I brought someone with me just in case. And also when it’s dark and you’re young female, it’s kind of a little bit scary to be doing deliveries.As the owner of this place, decided to scream inside the car at me, she also decided to yank my door so hard open that she actually ripped the seal on my door, and then went on to slam my door shut. I understand there was a communication issue because she didn’t speak much English which Im not degrading, but for her to come inside of MY car and scream in my face and my family members face to them break the seal on my door, and then slammed my door shut. I just think this Chinese takeaway is so unprofessional and have no respect for their customers or their staff.They also continued to repeatedly overcharge one of the elderly regular customers I had that I was delivering to in plymstock, and they were charging him £4 for Plymstock, even though he was inside of the miles radius for cheaper delivery.I also noticed Customers, were also spending over the amount for a bag of FREE bag of prawn crackers and not receiving them.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Food was over an hour late. Cucumber for the shredded duck was slimy and inedible. There was hair in the food and it was ultimately not nice at all. We called to chase our order twice and then tried to call to complain about the food to find that no one was answering. Never again.

Ordered from here and it's was absolutely terrible! Ordered prawns and got chicken instead , the egg fried rice was boiled , and everything was disgusting would never eat here again !!!

AVOID! Terrible service, they would not refund us for a missing dish, no free prawn crackers as advertised, basically called me a liar! Unbelievably rude on the phone when I called to let them know, the food was tasteless too but I didn’t even mention that, I was too shocked at how they spoke to me!! Don’t waste your money…go elsewhere!
