Terrible service. Order for delivery for 6pm check on the delivery at 6.30pm as it still hadn’t arrived to be told they’d forgotten the order and we were given no time for when we could expect the delivery to arrive. Called again over an hour later 7.30pm. Food finally arrived at 8pm 2hours late. With no apology or discount offered Very disappointing!!!!

Ordered food for delivery. It arrived hot, well cooked and delicious. We've been using New Jade Garden for a long time now and they've never let us down. The food isn't over sweetened for western tastes like a lot of the Chinese places in Plymouth and the food tastes more authentic as a result.

Awful. Duck was weird - there was just something off about it, very dry as well. Spring rolls were horrible, they’re vegetable spring rolls but they just don’t taste nice which I know can taste nice. Egg fried rice had way too much soy sauce, it was all I could taste. Save your money, it’s not worth it. The only good thing was the delivery and that’s all.

Food. Dry and poor. Lukewarm at best. £50 for empty bellies and over an hour and a half wait. Not what I expected at all!!!!! Don't waste your time or money. Much better places to eat for sure

One of best Chinese I've ate for a while .. looks like it may have been a restaurant previously but they had all their supplies stacked in front of house which didnt look good however I will be ordering again as food was so good

We ordered a meal for valentines night. When it arrived my wife’s duck with plum sauce was a joke. The plastic container was 90% filled with lettuce and it had about 10 small pieces of duck on it. £7.50? The sauce itself, considering it was plum, was like yellow water. I decided to phone & speak to the manager. I was told “too busy to talk”. Not letting it drop I called today 15th Feb and spoke to the manager. She was very defensive so I decided to drive to the take away shop. On arrival, after waiting for her to finish her call, she was again extremely dismissive. “We need to pay staff..we never have bad reviews (not true) nothing I can do”. I even left the uneaten meal with them before leaving. Bottom line appalling customer service & food value. Avoid.
