Went here for a birthday dinner and the food was heavenly. Loved the atmosphere and the staff were ever so friendly and accommodating. They truly defined good customer service. We were also given complimentary Sambuca and Bailey's towards the end and they were kind enough to keep the shop open until our cab arrived, didn't complain at all. Looking forward to visiting again.

Absolutely fantastic. Beautiful Indian food. We all had the mild dishes....Korma and Mogul. Nice thick sauce with the chicken...perfect to dip Peshwari Naan bread ! Would definitely recommend a visit.

I went in to order a take out. The service is always top notch. . Ali the owner is just lovely; he is attentive and when I asked what he would suggest he didn’t disappoint. His staff are immaculate, and when watching them work as I waited, they really prove why this is the best Indian restaurant: they don’t rush their customers. The decor is pretty and clean. And kitchen staff made us excellent dishes. Thank you again. Il always be back x

Firstly I have to say that my visit was early on a Monday evening so it was quiet hence the atmosphere review!Dispite the above, and being a lone diner, I was enthusiastically welcomed and shown to my table. Looking around the restaurant was bright, airy and smart.Beer and poppadoms arrived promptly to keep me happy whilst I perused the menu.A lot of 'different' dishes in the specials section which made choosing fun.I settled for chun chun lamb with aloo gobi and pilau rice. This was all served piping hot and the lamb was truly delicious, butter soft and packed with flavor!The food was some of the very best I've had and completed by attentive and friendly service from both my waiter and the'boss'. They obviously care alot about what they do and it shows. Well done Shapla, I'll be back!Vegetarian options: Veggie options and all 'sides' can be made up to mains.Parking: 3hours free parking 100 yds awayWheelchair accessibility: Flat level access
