The friendliest pub I have been in for a while, first time I had visited and I will definitely be going back, great ales and I think I had at least a small conversation with everyone in the bar, brilliant local.

Always a nice pint...... Sat infront of the fire last evening, thinking about the walk home. Dog friendly pub, very friendly staff & customers. A cash only pub, which can be a pain, so just need to remember.

They don't do food so didn't rate it. This pub has the community spirit you want from yr local and is run by a family who understand what it means to provide excellent Ale. I've heard customers say it's the best lager they've had, a testimony to the owners passion to providing beverages of outstanding quality!
