Fantastic service from the team this afternoon. It doesn't take much to go from "basic expected service" to "amazing customer service" and this team understand that!
I am a regular visitor to the Torquay branch. I would like to say that I was extremely impressed by how Ellie has managed things recently. Ellie welcomed customers the second they entered the shop and worked pragmatically through the orders, creating a warm, relaxing environment. A real trooper! Lovely coffee too!!
Cafe nero is my go to place for a coffee these days. Great coffee and the staff are brilliant. Hard-working, friendly team of staff who provide excellent customer service and we always have a great laugh .
