The middle aged bloke is brilliant, always gives service with a smile :) However, the younger staff could do with some training in delivering a great customer experience. No smile, (I know it's early, but come on!) no 'please'/'thank you', One word questions (ie "Sauce?", instead of "How about some sauce on this bad boy?")
