I moved into the area a few years ago so this is my local.People here are great, Phil the chef does an Amazing Cavery!Gary and the staff are good people and love popping in a couple of times a week.If your new? Phil does amazing food, highly recommended.Prices went up recently, can't be helped, rising everywhere.
The most delicious Fish, chips, mushy peas and coleslaw take out on Good Friday, during Corona crises we highly recommend. Simply call, select your choice from their menu, arrange time to pick up and the best part is saves cooking yourself.

Great little pub, really nice food.Food came out quickly and was nice and hot and good portions too.They have a pool table (free on Saturday’s 12pm-4pm), darts and sports on the TV’s.Will definitely go back for food and for a few drinks on an evening.
