Booked for pre Christmas get together with brothers and cousins. Never been before but would certainly return. Staff were lovely and food was excellent - very generous portions. Relaxed atmosphere and not rushed at all so had plenty of time to chat. Everyone enjoyed themselves.
Visited many times, always a friendly welcome- good range of beers, wines and excellent menu. Has a good feel to it, like a classic country pub but walkable from anywhere in Stansted Mountfitchet. Stacy will always make you feel like “ regular” and very welcome.

A traditional English pub with a warm welcome and a log fire. The food was delicious and the portions generous. Tracey and her family made us feel immediately "at home" and nothing was too much trouble. My wife and I from Leicester and son & daughter-in-law from Kent met here to exchange Christmas gifts. We had no idea that we were in for such a pleasant time, and we cannot wait to find any excuse to meet here again. Thank you Tracey and gang.
