The staff who was seating the customers was very busy as he seemed to be the only one around apart from one person behind the bar. But he was very helpful and polite when he came to the front to admit us. I think there may have been staff shortage as breakfast plates were not replaced quickly so some of us had to start getting the food using the side plates and we also had to wait for some items to be refilled, but that was not a big deal. Amazing value for money, especially if you have children. £9.99 for all you can eat breakfast (including juice, tea and coffee) and two children eat free with each paying adult. Absolute bargain!
