Coffee is served way too hot and slightly tasteless, I then thought I would try a chai latte instead and that was tasteless as well. I have tried many other costa outlets and it's unfortunately a real hit and miss. There seems to be no consistency. My advice, train your staff on how to make a proper coffee and the techniques involved in doing so.
They really do not know how to listen to the customer here. Sweet attitude but unable to listen? Asked for a cappuccino, received a latte. I accepted the latte as I didn't mind it. Then I asked for another shot of espresso as it wasn't so strong and she said she'll just make me a cappuccino, but I said no it's fine I just want the extra shot. She comes back to me with a cappuccino and throws away my latte. Unreal. It's a shame as I was planning to come here regularly.

We popped in there today, Costa my favourite coffee shop. My sugar levels were low and needed sugar, so we got 2 x carrot cake and I had a Latte Coffee. Free parking on the complex.
