Yes. It's expensive. Yes. It's slow. Yes. They need more than one staff member at one time.
However:
You're paying for quality ingredients. And if you're lactose intolerance it's your only choice for milkshakes. Can't get that at Tinseltown.
It's slow because there are many ingredients and also the fruit etc is freshly prepared for each order.
The shop is not usually busy so it's a waste of staff to have so many working at one time. They know it's slow. They aren't going that...read full review
