The store is busy. It's such a pity the cafe has gone. It was nice to sit, unwind & just catch your breath after a busy shop. The staff are friendly & helpful. It was also good to catch up. The customer service desk is always busy.
I live nearby and use this Asda every week. I find the staff friendly, helpful and smiley. I'm confused about some of the, frankly, insulting comments on here, but then I'm always polite and smiley to staff anywhere so maybe that's the difference! The products are great, especially the fresh meat section - shout out to whoever chose the supplier - please don't change them. Just wish they would double the size (like Greenhithe Asda) and build on top so there was more room for...read full review

As usual the scanners for scan and go were not available as the ones left needed recharging...not good at 9.30 in the morning, app takes forever to download and is always slow and glitchy (not my phone) queues always horrendous unless in the scan and go!!!
