I suppose this is a reoccurring theme by the looks of the reviews we have here.The staff are very rude, gave me the wrong price, expected me to compromise and pay for the additional toppings.They said its a new starter he made a mistake and that's fine with me. They refused to accept my promotional coupon despite being nominally a participating store. I contacted Subway about it and they didn't seem to care. I will ty to find alternatives to Subway from now on.
Very poor customer service, the staff are very rude with no manners. They are a shame to the bengali community.they don’t even wait till the sub is fully toasted, they get it out halfway and when you question it they become rude and aggressive. You can tell most of them got their indefinite leave card recently and now they’ve gone big headed. Very poor. Before the bengali migrant people came with passion, good attitude and good manners. Nowadays they have no respect or manners.
