I recently visited Costa Coffee in Chiswick and it was a very pleasant experience. The coffee was top-notch, rich in flavour and just the right temperature. The staff were friendly and served with a smile, contributing to a warm atmosphere. The venue was clean and inviting, making it a nice spot for a coffee break. I've given four stars because the wait time was a bit longer than expected during a busy afternoon. Nonetheless, it's a solid choice for coffee lovers in the area.
Good personnel. Not the newly hired. The experienced ones .The shop smells a specific smell and I don't like it.I left by mistake my umbrella when they were closing at six , I returned next day to get it back and it was stolen.Very noisy placeThey close at six and start to fix the place at 4:30 . You feel unwelcomed and not enjoying your coffee because they make noise and clean .
