Placed an order which failed to arrive after an hour and a half, tried to contact the store at least 10 times but no one is answering the phone. The tracking app is stuck at checking and cutting. How long does it take to cut a pizza? Will be paying them a visit to get my money back as I work local to the store. Now got to arrange dinner for the kids from elsewhere at 9pm in the evening. Avoid if you can
Both times we have ordered, the delivery time has been over an hour. customer service here is terrible and would not suggest ordering from this papa johns ever. I certainly wonāt be ordering from this one again
