The staff are very very slow. There is no sense of urgency. They are very unfriendly and act as if they don't really want to be there. Need slot of training in customer services. One member of staff is constantly wearing his air pods which should not be allowed. He can't hear a word of what customers are saying. This store is soo poor If it wasn't for some of the staff I think it should be shut down!Hardly ever have what you need, toasty bite breads are always stale and there are never any that are defrosted, I stopped visiting this store before and had forgotten why, stepped in yesterday 15/7/2021 and still bad, only due to the sales assistant AHMAD was why I continued to purchase something, that young man needs a raise!!Please bring this store to scratch or get rid of it, as it appears...read full review

Quite disappointed, ordered a foot long steak and cheese, only to find out that they no longer do the honey and mustard sauce.I only go there for that reason. The checkout took ages because the internet went down and they cut my foot long into two 6 inch subs(I know it's a bit picky,but it's easier to manage dealing with one piece).
