Most staff members at the restaurant were notably friendly and pleasant, which greatly enhanced our experience. However, there was an issue with steak orders: my parents received overcooked steaks twice, despite requesting medium. It was only on the third attempt that their steaks were prepared correctly. Fabulous unplanned visit. Had such a lovely meal. the staff Alan and Jade were fantastic. They offered excellent service, fully helpful as I'm vegetarian and very fussy I had a family of 5 and they were patient yet efficient. great food and fab service. I would also like to give a huge thank you and mention to the guy on the bar. Went there for breakfast! Hot food was good! Not the best but good, nothing to complain about! Croissants and pancakes were a bit dry! Service: lady was very sweet and attentive but when we went there the front door was closed and we have to use the back entrance for breakfast apparently.
