Basic Starbucks. Coffee in different flavours,some sandwiches,cakes and cookies. Moderately priced for an airport. Many tables to sit at and it's close to 4 or 5 gates on both sides so you can sit there and wait for your flight. There's a tv screen not far from it. T5 has a few more cafes which all worth a try.
Right at the entrance if Phoenix Mall; can't be missed as you walk in . Coffee as usual is not up to Starbucks international standards (they need to change the coffee that they use). The food is excellent... Fresh with a novelty element as well. Chairs are uncomfortable though the sofas are fine. Need to have better chairs.
A best place to have coffee while travelling from Heathrow terminal 5. Good sitting space and you can watch flight board direct to know about your flights. Friendly staff with quick services. Buy Starbucks merchandise at last moment of leaving London. Take away as well sitting arrangement for coffee and food.
