I recently visited Nirala Sweets and was extremely disappointed with my experience. As someone who uses a wheelchair, accessibility is crucial for me, but unfortunately, Nirala Sweets failed in this regard. The entrance was not wheelchair-friendly, and there were no ramps or accommodations for people with mobility issues. This made it incredibly difficult and inconvenient to access the premises.
Moreover, the staff behavior was appalling. They were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my situation. When I asked for assistance, their responses were curt and dismissive. It felt as though they had no training or awareness regarding accessibility and customer service.
Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my visit to Nirala Sweets. I hope they take immediate steps to improve their accessibility and staff training, so that all customers, regardless of their physical abilities, can enjoy their services.

Today we came all the way from Cambridge to get sweets from nirala and we reached at 10:50pm and shop closes at 11:00pm, the guy inside very rudely closed the door and didn’t let us in. I asked him again and again to let us in and he didn’t even bothered to answer.

Who is the owner this shop? Disgusting customer service. I went to shop and bought one cake the person who serve me very rude and misbehaving I ask what your name and he shouting to me which is not good, and cake not fresh bitter taste.
Pathetic service, I went to take halwa puri and instead of 5 they gave me 3 puri and charged me for 5 I saw this while I reached home. When I called them their sales person said “yeh tou nahin hosakta, Itnay portion pack kartay hain.. “ I said you should make sure that you dun give less and charge full” on which he annoyingly said “ Jee zarur zarur”.They are not even accepting their mistake, why would I lie for 2 puris… No to Nirala#choor#

Love the pure veg mithai here - the best I have had after coming to UK and certainly tops in Ilford Lane - also love their biscuits, puffs, samosas and Rasmalai - definitely worth trying their halwa puri breakfast ( there is an introductory offer of £2) - the team is friendly
