During my recent visit to London, I had the chance to visit the Whittard of Chelsea shop at Canary Wharf and I must say, it was an absolute treat! A special shoutout to the incredible sales advisor Keeth who recommended the 70 percent cocoa hot chocolate to me and it was spot on! I have always found the Whittards store in Canary Wharf to be a very nice place. Whether during the week or at the weekend the staff are always consummately polite,extremely helpful and always prepared to go above and beyond to help one find what is needed or,at the very least, as near as possible. Would recommend this store very highly indeed.

I was served by a lovely lady today!!! Excellent service!! Amazing hot chocolate!! I forgot my payment card and the lady immediately aware of that and returned it to me! Very good attention to details
