A tipical restaurant in china town. Good food and honest price.
AVOID! ONE OF THE WORST RESTAURANTS - TOTAL TOURIST TRAP AVOID!
I went there with my friends, and it was a mistake. We felt unwelcome from the moment we arrived, and the atmosphere was off. The waiter spoke little English, and we were rudely asked to pay before receiving our food. I won’t even comment on the ridiculously high service fee that no one is informed about!
The service itself was extremely poor, and I have no idea why they’re charging so much. The food is overpriced, and if I had known how awful it would be, I would’ve gone elsewhere. I ordered vegetable rice, which smelled strange and was drenched in oil. The vegetables had unnaturally bright, almost neon colours.
Not long after eating, my friends and I began to feel unwell. We were seated outside and were constantly bothered by a terrible smell, which completely ruined our appetite.
I do not recommend this restaurant at all!!
Amazing dim sum great food great beer
First family trip to chinatown. Food was superb, service really good, right in the heart of Chinatown
Food is bad. Beware of the water charges. Its almost $9 for a water bottle. Avoid at all costs!!!
Everything was great. Went here on a day out with my family and we all had a great time. Everything was flavorful and the food arrived quickly. The staff were wonderful. The drinks were nice and it wasn’t very pricey. Definitely going back sometime soon.
Overpriced
Rude waiter food sucks I asked for extra sauce and the tried to tell me soy sauce was the sauce no kidding I like it cooked they make you pay before you get the food should of been the first red flag! I like new china way better
Not somewhere I would visit again. I just didn’t love the food. You could tell it was all made fresh but the flavours didn’t compare to other competitors nearby. Also had to pay for the chilli oil which I haven’t before come across at a restaurant in china town before that does that. I find it unappealing when you spend £££ and you can’t even get a sauce to complement your food. Staff are friendly and attentive. The place could do with a renovation, the furniture is dated and could use a bit of brightening up. The traditional decor is lovely but it’s let down by the dim lighting.
We went to Feng Shui Inn after watching The Phantom of the Opera. They are open late, the food was tasty and the portions were good. The service was great. We started to over order and the waitress recommended we slow down and order more of we found ourselves still hungry. She was right! Good experience!
Restaurantji Recommends
Very careful with the bill, the try to trick you, the hide the bill, add 10% complementary tip and at the POS the add again 10-15% so at the end, it will be very likely you pay around 30% of complementary tip without knowing. Very obscure
Roasted duck Cantonese way, dim sum and rice, this was our order and we did not enjoy it at all. The food was disappointing, too fatty lack of taste. Did not eat even a half of it. Do not recommend
way to expensive for what you get
Came here as a group of 6 adults. We're provided with a fine dining table immediately with prompt service. Tasty food, brought out in an expedient manner. Cost was appropriate given Chinatown location. Menu was exhaustive. Only critique was that the bathroom facilities weren't really that clean, would have been a bit difficult if we'd brought children along. Nevertheless would thoroughly recommend it.
My Girlfriend ordered 4 Dumplings that needed like 30 Minutes. By the Time they were done, my Food was Cold and 2 Guests that came after us finished their Food before we even got ours. Would give 0/5
