Had an amazing meal yesterday. The staff were amazing. They were very accommodating towards my 20 month old. Food was served fresh and hot! Tasted great! Staff always had a smile on their face. They checked to make sure everything was okay and quickly cleared their table once we had finished. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Will definitely be a new favourite restaurant now ☺️
Kid-friendliness: They were very accommodating towards my 20 month old. Saying hello and talking to him and making him smile and laugh. His food was served quickly so it meant he wasn’t waiting too long. Only negative is food was so hot it did have to cool down (but hey at least we know it fresh!)

The "Honest Burger" restaurant is a real feast for burger lovers! Right from the doorstep, we are greeted by a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff who advise us on the choice of dishes with a smile. The menu is diverse, and each burger is prepared from the highest quality ingredients. The meat is juicy and the rolls are freshly baked, which makes each bite a pure pleasure.
Additionally, the restaurant offers delicious fries and original sauces that perfectly complement the meal.
We also cannot forget about the interesting drinks offer. This is a place that is definitely worth visiting – both for a quick lunch and an evening dinner with friends. I highly recommend it!

I visited Honest Burgers for the first time on Friday night and left feeling incredibly disappointed. The entire experience took far too long, with over an hour passing between the three of us placing our orders and us receiving our food. In total, it took about an hour and a half between us sitting down to us getting our meals. I ultimately had to leave my party and ask for my food to go because I couldn’t wait any longer and had to head home. So we had been hoping to enjoy a meal together and couldn’t even do that in the end! We weren’t advised that there would be long waits when we took our seats or anything similar.
Although our waitress was understanding and tried her best, she wasn’t very attentive, likely because she was overwhelmed with too many other tasks. The updates we did receive on our food’s progress were often incorrect, and the wait times kept extending. Meanwhile, I noticed scores of delivery orders going out, which made the delays for diners even more frustrating.
Whether the problem is understaffing, poor management, or an overcommitment to delivery services, something clearly went wrong. While the food was ultimately fine, this experience has left me hesitant to visit Honest Burgers again!

I think David might be an actual angel. I've never met someone so calm and attentive. It was as if he was 100% supportive of whatever you said. Anyway, the man loves burgers and knows burgers. Props to the chef's for working that kitchen and providing people with outstanding food, so they can sit down and feel important for their short time at the table. Cheers David, nice hair. I came in with my fiancée to see if what everyone says about them is true…
I must say they really offer the best burgers in England... Keeji provided us with the great service, very attentive yet not over bearing. Huge portions to fill anyone up and the best part is their fair prices.
Will definitely return again.
If not in Peckham we’ll be sure to find another Honest Burger.
It’ll be our go to Burger restaurant from now on! Well done all!

I arrived at Honest Burger at 22:40 with my friend, acknowledging that they were about to close (Google lists their closing time as 23:00), and we mentioned we just wanted a quick bite. A friendly staff member with dark hair was about to seat us when a man, whom I believe was the manager (Caucasian), abruptly interrupted our conversation. He informed us that the kitchen was closed, using a passive-aggressive tone, with an extremely fake and frustrated smile. The interaction was very rude, and because of this, we won’t be returning. This individual clearly lacks proper customer service skills and behaves inappropriately toward the customers who ultimately pay his salary.
