Busy tourist pub, probably best to avoid. The rudest most unwelcoming staff I have ever experienced. The upstairs bar does not accept cash but no signs stating this. Would not return.

If you are Celiac like me do not go to this place. I asked for Peroni gluten free beer at the bar upstairs and was given a draft Peroni beer which was apparently gluten free. The male bartender reassured me 3 times that the beer was gluten free. I usually get Peroni in a bottle hence I wasn’t 100 percent sure. It definitely was not a gluten free beer - I am very bad symptoms since then!!! Please educate your staff so they don’t mislead customers!

Amazing time here with the ability to watch the street entertainment from the balcony. Staff were so lovely, especially Elton in the bar who really makes you feel welcome. A must as part of any Christmas to do list..

Pub Punch & Judy at Covent Garden is always a delightful stop whenever I'm in London. The cozy December atmosphere paired with their delicious mulled wine creates a perfect ambiance for a great time. This pub never disappoints, and it's become a must-visit spot for me whenever I'm in the city.

Been here a couple of times before when visiting London. Still as fab as usual. Food is good price and tasty. Drinks not overpriced as some city pubs. The staff are quick but very friendly and helpful even as it gets very busy. Lovely people. My advice is get in early as soon fills up. Would highly recommend.

Steak was awful not worth the price. Toilets need to be refurbished. Customer service was excellent though.

19 year old daughter and her friends tried to visit on Saturday night for birthday drinks following a meal they’d had. They were told by the doormen that they weren’t going to get in which they didn’t really understand all being over 18 unless he simply meant it was too busy. Then one of the “doormen” said to my daughter “Can I have your Instagram though” They won’t be back

Visited here yesterday, it was very busy as the Christmas lights were up and there were lots of tourists. All of the tables were full but there were several tables that had a reserved board on them. However, the boards did not show the time of the reservation. We therefore took a seat and were immediately asked to leave the table. We smiled and said, don’t worry, we’ll leave as soon as they arrive. We were told no and to get up ( not in a friendly manner). Shortly afterwards, we managed to get a table which was adjacent to another reserved table for 4. It was empty for almost 2 hours, during which time approximately 5 lots of visitors tried to sit down and asked to leave. I was embarrassed to be a Londoner. Tourists coming for the day with their children and family. I don’t understand why pubs accept reservations in the first place, but at least put a time on the reservation so that people can have a seat. Very poor.

Overpriced, average food and drink served by a sour faced manager, who clearly thinks he is above engagement with customers.

The Punch and Judy is the place to be if you're craving a classic British meal of fish and chips. Located in the heart of London, this charming pub offers a delightful atmosphere and delicious food. The fish is always fresh and perfectly cooked, with a crispy golden batter that's simply irresistible. The chips are equally as satisfying, thick and fluffy on the inside with a nice crunch on the outside. The portions are generous, ensuring you'll leave feeling satisfied. The service is warm and friendly, adding to the overall dining experience. If you're in search of the perfect fish and chips, look no further than The Punch and Judy.
