The environment is good. In winter, the glass by the river is not wiped clean, and the scene by the river is average. But the interior decoration is very good and very warm. The appetizer is quite salty. The side dishes are quite delicious.

Stayed in London for 4 days. Ate the first night here and it was so good we went back the last night. Food is absolutely perfect and the personel is super friendly. The wine is also very good and the looks of the restaurant are lovely. I would definitely come back and tell people about this!

Stunning place with brilliant food, impeccable service, amazingly decorated for Christmas, and ever ready to accommodate any customer requests. The staff are so friendly and nice which is half the experience. This gem in Little Venice never disappoints, and keeps getting better year after year. Highly recommend it.Vegetarian options: LOVE their vegetarian full English. I'm not an avocado fan and they always substitute it with extra beans/halloumi or anything else I prefer.

My entire department had an absolutely fantastic Christmas lunch at The Summerhouse on Thu 7th Dec - everyone enjoyed themselves and we all agreed it was the best Christmas lunch we've had in years! The food was absolutely delicious and all served beautifully and brought out at the same time (FYI whilst the restaurant normally specialises in seafood, they do a full Christmas lunch with Turkey & all the trimmings). There were 21 of us and the staff were wonderful throughout and everything ran without a hitch. It was lovely to have our whole team altogether for the first time since Dec 2019 and it was made all the more special by the food, drink, decor & staff at this utterly delightful restaurant. We can't wait to have an excuse to come back in the spring to try their seafood cuisine!

A gem in the center of London, amazing food, amazing service, amazing location on a canal, highly recommended, not a tourist trap, every bit is a party!!! We really enjoyed very much, not cheep but such a great food and venue I am ready to pay even more:)!Definitely coming back, my next trip to UK.

What a great place for lunch! The restaurant is a converted house boat, which added to the great atmosphere. I had risotto Primavera, which was beyond delicious!
This wonderfully located restaurant provides a great venue for a small party 10 -14 family and friends. From booking on the telephone with Ilya your vision of your party becomes reality. Firstly the venue is amazing with splendid views along the canal. Secondly, you are met by staff who are clearly expecting you and welcome you by name. A few of our guests arrived before we did and the staff greeted and took care of them as each arrived, and then guided us all to our table. Our dedicated waiter Matteo worked seamlessly with me to provde the dining experience we wanted. He advised on drinks and food when requested. He immediately understood my expectations and my budget. I always felt that his advice and support was totally in my interests. We loved the many varieties of starter and also the great range of fish, cooked in so many different ways, and suiting each of my guests for main courses. The two children in the group 6 and 9 were well catered for with a small menu exactly fitted to their taste. Of course I loved the clever conversion of my chosen pudding into a 'birthday cake'! A big thank you to everyone involved. Finally, since parking closeby is difficult, I would advise use of the local underground or a taxi.

A special shout out to Cornelio, our efficient, attentive and informed waiter. Nothing was too much and he addressed the needs of our gluten free friend so well. Well done Team. Exquisite dinning at this treasure in little Venice. The interior decor is accentuated by the river bank streaming alongside the restaurant. This lovely ambiance is well-matched with the incredible food at the Summerhouse. The quality of their seafood is commendable. My friend and I had the pleasure of sharing their fresh oysters, seared scallops, and popcorn shrimp as starters, followed by the catch of the day. A memorable experience. It goes without saying that the team of waiters deserve much credit for their service. They were attentive to our needs, friendly, and offered excellent recommendations for food and drink. The prices were quite steep, but this is standard for most of London. If you’re in the mood for a treat, I suggest keeping Summerhouse on your fine dining list.
