I got a free Costa travel mug today for waiting a little longer than expected. There was a man who was having an argument with another man for not having a mask on... in these covid times I find very stressful because my mental health is affected by seeing these events happen before me. The staff managed this very well and apologised for what went on, I think they saw I was a little upset. 10/10 for handling the situation. Now I got no problems with the staff at this Gas Station but had just gone there and the service received was just a bit out of hand. There was only one guy there by the looks of it this late evening. What the guy didn't like was is how I took my wallet out at the last minute getting my cards out. Now with this situation you're supposed to have this ready which I do. In this case when matey was handing back my Shell Card, he decides to throw it back into the metal tray.
