Really lovely staff and super available.

On arrival we waited at least 10 mins before anyone arrived at reception.
Clearly the person was on their own, making it difficult to be in two places at once.
The room was freezing, dark and smelt stale. Bathroom was tatty and tired, although clean. Loud noise when toilet was flushed and water was run.
The bedding was clean and the bed comfortable.
We turned the aircon up to 30 when we went out in the evening, came back at 12 and although the bedroom was warmer the bathroom was still really cold.
Pub and restaurant next door is closed and sectioned off, making the outside look rough.
It seems that the heart has gone out of the place. We cannot usually fault a premier inn, but for the price this was definately not worth the price of just a bed!!
We wouldn't stay again.

Had a lovely stay at Premier Inn! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained – just what we needed for a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend!

Cosy warm and comfortable far away from home ?. You can buy a bed but you can not necessarily buy sleep .The double bed in my room was so comfortable l had two nights of best sleep over Christmas ?.

Giving one star because 0 star is not possible. No WiFi, and it's not just an unfortunate incident, as we learned WiFi is not working for many weeks now, so it's a simple neglect by Premier Inn. Exhaust of the Bathroom was not working so we had to shift room as well.

Reception staff very pleasant which was a nice welcome. Not bad. Nice and clean which is the key thing. Located close to the high street which is useful particularly as there is no food on site. Functional would use again if needed an overnight in the area.

Rooms: Clean and functional for the price.

Nearby activities: Food and drink on high street.

Walkability: 5 mins walk from the high street.

Food & drinks: None on site

Such lovely staff, very helpful, welcoming, will help with luggage too. Genuine friendly polite staffing. Feel safe staying here. The one complaint is pillows are awful need some plump up ones. I have to bring my own which means extra baggage. I have been visiting for years now. The other thing is the loss of the pub was so convenient for breakfast and dinner now closed down.

What a dump. Pub closed, and is looking increasingly derelict, so no food which isn't given enough prominence on the Web. Rooms are dated but clean. Receptionist disinterested. WiFi is non existent. Car park area not looked after.
And I was charged £133 for the privilege.

The pictures on google are absolutely false. This place was god awful and i stayed with two infant children. A travel cot was given and would not open and fix on the one side. The entire place was filthy and the bedsheets stank so bad my head began to hurt. Both me and my mother in law were left disgusted.

The young boy at the front desk who helped us check in was really helpful. Ashame he works for such a rundown hotel. Does not look like the pictures advertised at all and for 134 pound for the nighht really not to that standard!!!

It was clean, comfortable, very convenient and the guy at reception was very polite and helpful. At £150 with no breakfast it wasn't cheap, but it was London. It's a little unprepossessing to look at, but plenty of parking and a great pub with good food is just down the road.

Rooms: Big room. Big TV, hairdryer, tea and coffee, nice illuminated mirror. Lovely comfy bed.

Great location with parking on site, close to restaurants and tube stations. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

We were only here for a quick stay but we were very pleased with our experience and would definitely be back!

This review is based on the White Bear public house as the Beefeater situated within the premise of hotel was closed...

Tuck yourself in and sit tight...

Once upon a time there was a young girl named Syd who yearned to be an adult influencer when she grew up.
Despite owning a Nokia brick and having zero Internet access, unlike her friends, to the daily trends of TokTik she desperately wanted to leave the local area of Ruislip which had become run down, plentiful in discarded condoms, chewing gum and stinking of turps.
Syd never knew her parents as a young child she had been raised by a group of 6, heavily alcohol dependant Dendrobranchiata, AKA prawns related to the King of the sewer.

Over the years, she had questions about their interests and exponentially grew doubt over their fascination of microwaving excrement. When bathing they were unusually adamant on a preferred and optimal pH level between 6.5 and 9.0.

This didn't discourage Syds love for her squidlike parents and she remained forever grateful for their commitment to raise her, even with their creapy skinny prepubescent finger like whisks.

The norm all changed after one day returning to her home from a long shift at Ladbrokes; wreaking of copper coins, Menthol and cotton candy biftas.
Not only were the IKEA chairs at the kitchen table broken,
not only was her bunk bed broken,
not only was all the Quaker creamy and stodgy porridge eaten,
but so too, the weekday Aldi shopping list and funds she had left for her crustacean family to pickup for her.

On the barren table was no black rice with prawn bisque, no braised peas and broad beans, piquillo peppers or a tasty meal so she made it so.

The 6 x Dendrobranchiata never did do her so wrongly again.

The End.

Lovely clean room. Good service when I asked for a sheet I got it straight away. It was a pity there was no food. I would go back again
