Great food as always. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the service.Often, I find myself stood in the store, waiting to be served for up too 15 minutes. Only to have my order slightly prepared wrong.Perhaps given time, the service will change. But until such a time, I'll stick with home delivery.
Staff rude and not interested in being friendly or 'small talk'. Coffee machine has not been working for months. Keep giving me a plastic bag without even asking if it is take away or to eat in. Bad for environment. No teamwork among staff. Staff are largely uneducated and look like family members of the franchise owner rather than employees that have been selected by merit. The staff maintained very good customer services. They are doing new series which are not available in all store of UK around 50 of the store are doing this series sandwiches. So have a try
