Love the Range.However, some of the check out staff need some serious customer service training. They just talk with each other across the tills, no dialogue with the customer whatsoever. It's a good job they are not relying on tips for a wage.
Love this place but went into the one in Bolton at the weekend and they are in the middle of moving Iceland in so the aisles were very narrow, some too narrow to get the trolley down. Hopefully they'll sort it out otherwise folk will just miss out the aisles they can't get down.

I bought a Christmas tree earlier this week. The assistants were very helpful. One man prepared my tree by sawing off a small section of the trunk off and took it to the till and another put it in my car for me.
