I went with a few friends to try the new trending American chicken and biscuits and some of the ipa's and other ales l. We were greeted by a couple of lads behind the bar who were professional and knowledgeable about the booze there selling which happened to be really nice ( tried a good selection). We tried the miss honey and a spicy one (couldn't remember the name)the miss honey was cooked well and was seasoned well also the addition of the chipolte and spiced honey really made this one stand out. The hot one was also nice with chillies and other things really gave it a nice flavour although I was expecting more heat which was the only let down other than that it was nice.
Went for Cardinal Rule which was literally the best fried chicken I’ve ever eaten. Dog friendly, and lovely service can’t ask for more!

Nice stripped down place with a big beer collection. The Stout was really good and the resident kitchen Cardinal Rule does the most UNBELIEVABLE dried chicken and American biscuits sandwiches.
