A family of 4 all enjoyed our lunch. Ideal location if you are walking or cycling along the canal. The chef even helped us with a bike lock issue!!! Thanks for your help.

Amazing Sunday roast! Really well cooked food. Just about squeezed a retro pudding in too!

Had a club lunch here mid week, hence it was quite quiet. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Range of food and drinks about usual for a pub.Reasonable parking area.

A busy pub with a good conservation area. Family meal on a Sunday. I enjoyed the roasted beef, however the roast potatoes were very crunchy and hard to

The worse jacket potato I have ever had. It was supposed to be with mozzarella, tomatoes, pesto and olives with side salad and it was lacking about everything. Very litte mozzarella, almost no tomatoes, no olives and no pesto. The side salad was about an inch long. The staff were friendly but despite an inspiring menu, the food was uninspiring and a definite let down.

The menu sounded delicious, but we called in for a well earned drink after the grandkids first time at paddle boarding along the canal.Garden was perfect to chill in the sun.Kid-friendliness: Both grandkids were welcomed and the staff were patient while they decided what to drink and ordered it themselves.

The BLT £10.50 which is expensive It only had 2 thin pieces of bacon and the chips were a very small portion of oven fries. My son's chicken burger was on the small side for £14 but at least his chips were a decent portion. The staff were friendly and helpful which was good as a compulsary tip is added but the food is not value for money .
