Looked like 6 members of staff working. Customer service shocking. Ignored at the collection/till area for at least 5 mins until I asked for service. 3 members of staff had already walked past me at this point. It was not busy. Myself and one other family. I asked for the table to be cleaned in preparation for my meal. The lad did this and then my number was called. My food ready to go in a takeaway bag. I queried as to whether it was my order, the girl looked confused. I told her I'd ordered to eat in. No response. It seems the young generation have lost the ability to communicate with real life people. They avoid it or do not know how to.

Extremely annoyed with this place! Had to wait which you expect but the food turns up wrong and not even my order. The driver wasn’t helpful in the slightest and didn’t have a clue. Blamed the restaurant. I rang the restaurant to get to hold of Lawrence the manger that wasn’t helpful either. Needs to work on his customer service as much use as a chocolate tea pot

wasn’t too sure about this place, but was pleasantly shocked. i was served by a girl by the name of aimee, and my goodness was the service excellent! not even in any of the fancier restaurants i have been to have i been served by a friendlier, kinder person! 10/10 recommend

This is not just a review of a place but a person. A man. Josh had me dreaming the entire length of my visit. "Yes I would like fries with that Joshua" anything to see that beautiful smile that makes you just want to spread him on a Whopper. The mince is soooo juicy - the burgers are very nice too. Believe me when I say Josh's milkshakes definitely bring all the boys to the yard. How can any other chain compete with those delicious, mouth-watering, succulent and scrumptious buns.
Would definitely recommend to a friend as I'm sure Josh can handle two at a time.

The food here when eating in is amazing, you can't fault the food at all. Every time I have visited here to eat in I have not been disappointed. Delivery is as expected, not as fresh but that's to do with the delivery itself, still nice but not amazing. The restaurant is ok, not amazingly clean and not many areas for your family to sit together like other burger kings have, space is very limited. Toilets are horrendous. I try to never use them but having little ones it's sometimes difficult to get away with it.
Kid-friendliness: Not much space to dine in with kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
