Really nice food with nice staff and good was made quickly. Also got our meal free of charge as we collected our order and could win it for free if we pulled a joker on a set of cards that the staff gave us. Would recommend.

Tried it twice and each time it gets better.. Absolutely love this place. The food is authentic, the customer service is amazing and the beautiful lady who offers you a free meal if you find the joker in a card pack absolutely shows the quality and authenticity that this place offers. The atmosphere is ? and I'll not go anywhere else now as I'm hooked on the way I'm made so welcome and the quality of the food is unbelievably amazing. The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. It's such a delight to sit in the garden and savor these tasty dishes. The combination of amazing flavors and the lovely garden ambiance makes the dining experience truly wonderful.

I have been going to this restaurant for years but my last few visits have confirmed that the food and service have got so bad that it's not worth returning. Every dish I had was so disappointing and the service was non-existent - the waitress had such a poor attitude that she couldn't have been less welcoming. They even tried to charge for plastic boxes to take our left-overs away - what a cheek! There are much better chinese restaurants in Southampton so they have just lost a regular customer.

Travelled down these ways from Liverpool for the week came across this Chinese we ordered salt pepper chicken, chips and wings they was all very nice. The service could have been better as we found her a bit rude.

I ordered the chicken Ho Fun from here on Uber Eats and it was great. Preparation was fast and they gave me a free soup side dish. Would definitely order from here again.

Excellent and authentic food

Inside seating has stove tops for BBQs. Unfortunately couldn't sit outside in the lovely garden during the winter. It was difficult to order vegan food as the menu didn't specify any dietary options. I ordered ho fun vegetable, ma po tofu and salt and pepper tofu, which were customised to make vegan (off menu). Requested water which was a little slow to arrive but it was busy. Good flavoured food with good portion size and reasonable pricing.
Small side note: no chopsticks, and no bowls to eat out of which I found less enjoyable to eat the shared food.

Food was really delicious, garden is beautiful, wasn’t busy when we went so felt like we’d booked out the restaurant great atmosphere
