Had a great tapas selection today and served by staff highly recommended
Have used La Ragata for years and has it now gone downhill. Greeting was not welcoming at all. Choice reduced on what it was. Plastic covered menus reminiscent of a take away. The tapas is bland - albondigas no herbs in a bland salsa. Patatas bravas only just cooked but salsa brava reasonable. Championes al aljillo tasteless. All reminds me of hospital food. Waitress just walked off the wine list and never asked. All in all totally disappointing. It used to be excellent- they need a decent chef
Great selection of tapas.
Visited here on a Sunday at 5pm. Although quiet to start with it soon filled up. The 4 of us had a selection of Tapas to start with and 4 main courses. Everyone enjoyed the food and the servers were polite and answered our questions regarding a few menu choices.
Great tapas, great service, great place and great company.
The worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Terrible , very rude staff, tasteless disgusting food and they clearly hate their jobs. The mushroom croquettes were actually hollow, no mushrooms inside them! The place is dreadful
Loved the food and service. Cocktail could do with some improvement, but overall would recommend.
The food was delicious, the staff were really great - especially with a large party! Lovely restaurant and atmosphere!
Vegetarian options: Really delicious options, a good selection to choose from!
The best Spanish food in Nan'an! The paella is very fragrant and must be ordered every time. The portion is smaller than in Spanish restaurants, but the taste is very good. The shrimp in oil is delicious!
Had a family birthday meal here and boy, was the food exceptional. Thank you to all who were on the evening shift on Thursday 12th September. Muchos Gracias.
Kid-friendliness: Very happy to have children, although I would recommend they are 7 years old and above, purely because of the Spanish food. Our 2 grandsons are 9 and 13, love Spain, so the food was easy for them to eat.
Restaurantji Recommends
Absolutely satisfying dinner, food were great. The seafood paella need to be crispy burnt in texure. Overall it's a great evening for our group.
A perfect birthday dinner. This is becoming an annual tradition! Possibly my favourite restaurant in Southampton. The paella is sublime. Excellent wine list.
Great food friendly staff will definitely be back
Very good place next to the port to enjoy a little piece of home
The food was very good, the cheek never disappoints, fresh sangria and good service and atmosphere.
