I order from here all the time when I want a kebab. But the portion sizes are just getting smaller and smaller. To the point is now I have to complain and can’t keep allowing it to happen. Fair play I’ve called them up and they will send out an extra portion of chips but by then the meat would be cold, just ruins the meal. But next time with your chicken shish chip special would be handy if you could throw in a reasonable number of chips? ???♂️ it’s not like it’s a one off it’s all the time now and These are what £10 a piece as well. ?♂️

Ok, I usually love this place, only ever really get takeaway but the drivers are always lovely and the food is amazing. The reason I’m writing this is purely to get the attention of the manager. I placed an order (and paid for) last week on your website. My money was taken and the order was accepted. An hour later my order still hadn’t arrived so I called the shop 7 times and got no response. It was 2am on a Thursday so you were still open. I checked the orders page and saw the order was still in the accepted phase. I waited up another hour and still nothing came and it was past 3 so I went to bed. At 12pm the next day I called the shop and was told by a friendly person that you were having issues with the website when I placed my order and that I would be refunded by the next day. I hadn’t been refunded yet and I waited 2 days so I called again to be greeted by a sort of rude person who said that it takes 3-5 which I thought was ok. I told him what his colleague had said and he told me that was incorrect and hung up. 5 days later(!!) I still did not receive a refund so I called again to be told that none of this was related to the manager so my refund had not even been processed. He said he would talk to his manager. Finally today, a whole 10 days later, the refund has still not arrived so I called again and was ask to call back tomorrow to speak the manager as the person at the other end didn’t know what to do. I’m sorry, you have robbed me of my money and jerked me around for over a week and consistently lied to me. This is ridiculous, it’s extremely unprofessional and considering how much I order from you I’m really disappointed as I do love your food and (usually) your service a lot. That’s why despite deserving 1 star for the experience I still gave you 3. Give me my refund!!!!
