Although the coffee was OK the toilets were disgusting...bin full to the top and loo roll all over the floor...but this was early in the morning...you'd think staff would have prepared the place for the public before opening.Woman taking our order was smiley and nice but the other one looked unhappy.

Not great. Staff are really not very polite. Certainly not like other Starbucks. Not a chilled coffee shop, more like a fast food restaurant.

I have been waiting for my order for about 20 minutes even it wasn’t rush hour and there was beryl people in line..

Barista preferred to talk to his coworker rather than do my order or looking at his phone..
I understand that he forgot ,but he was looking time to time at me..

To the Karen below. I've come to this Starbucks for atleast a year now. I know they work incredibly hard and are impeccable in regards to there attentive and friendly attitude. In a busy town centre like winchester of course everything is not going to be perfect. There will be mess because they are a popular destination. Get a life and stop bullying staff who don't worship the ground you walk on.

I Asked male member of staff 3x if we could take our well behaved springer spaniel inside... Eventually the dopey male member of staff said ok... With in between looking on his phone and serving a customer. We made our way to an area away from the counter and in a corner... 4 x tables available...4 x tables filthy, drinks spilt on the floor with a variance of food items.... It was that bad my feet stuck to the floor. .. I tried to get the male member of staffs attention . As I didn't want to take our dog to the counter. Again eventually I managed to gain his attention He nodded when I asked about cleaning up ..... At that he sent a younger female member of staff.... "" I need a mop"" then a 2nd female member of staff brought the said mop... They cleared everything away off tables.... Mopped the floor from spilt drinks.. then decided a dustpan and broom was needed for the spilt food.!!!While this was happening my husband was in the queue. He ordered. Latte and tea... The tea bag split... And that was changed straight away from one of the female member of staff... My husband commented on the filthiness if the counter they were serving from. And said it "might need a bit of a wipe" .. . My tealooked and tasted like, Luke warm, dull dishwater. I tried as I might to drink some but alas NO ... I had about 5 sips out of it.. I didn't want any fuss about the quality of tea making .. but as the Luke warm heat wained it tasted worse.... As I sit here in Starbucks ... The male member of staff comes off his phone again to serve a group of 4 people... I now need to use the facilities. . At this point the male member of staff takes his apron off. Flicks his hands through his hair and promptly leaves the counter. He comes back to take rubbish out. As he is changing the black bag we starts to servea customer... NOT washing his hands. As I'm passing the self service area for napkins, milk etc. It looked like a bomb had hit it. On the way back to our table again the counter was not good. As a previous front of house manager, I have found this a very bad experience... As we are on a few days away we look forward to having coffee out and about it was obvious that there was 2x levels of customer service. With the bad outweighing the good. Obviously I will not be coming into this branch again. Or even trying Starbucks again in the near future

My server was Today Jacob. Amazing guy. Compering to my previous two visits he stands out of the crowd. Professional, great knowledge, and he smile. Thanks Jacob my coffee was amazing ?
