What's with the broken slouched chairs in all the Cafe Nero?! This is no exception although you might find the occasional decent seat. I like my hot chocolate Milano and this is a place where they still get the temperature right.
For me this is the best tasting hot chocolate I have ever had in Borehamwood and to be honest it's the best tasting hot chocolate out of all the main coffee chains. The staff is nice and always ready to please you. The place is clean and family friendly. If you like some flavour to your drink don't forget to add their roasted hazelnut syrup. It's the best!

I like this place. Staff friendly. But I have just got a scone to take away with a large cappuccino. For the price of a scone I would expect it to be fresh. This is the second time this has happened. Not happy
