I liked the look of this coffee shop from the inside. The assistants were friendly and there were certainly a lot of of comfortable seats to choose from because to start with the place was empty. In fact, I felt it was too empty for my liking and I could hear everything that the assistants were chatting about at the counter ðŸ˜… It would have been nice if I could have been able to hear a bit of music, the cafe was too silent to make it a really enjoyable experience. There is on gentleman (dark hair and glasses) who goes above and beyond to help me and my mummy friends to sort highchairs and brings coffees to the table. His customer service is why I would return. But other wise outside seating is awful and sad. Inside outdated and warn...hasn't changed for years! Apart from the young gentleman it's a bad representation of the brand.

I never write reviews but there was a young lad serving last week who was so polite and kind .. a lady had lost her purse so he said don't worry il buy it for you and bought her a banana ï¿½ lovely lad ! You will do well in life ï¿½I don't like costa policy on the homeless with their out of date food mind ï¿½
