We went for an extended family meal (Parents, children and grandchildren, ages between 65 and 15) on a Friday evening. Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of room, and restaurant not too busy. We had a great meal, with only a small problem. 2 of our group requested steak, but were struggling to cut it even with the steak knives that were provided. Yes, this is a chain restaurant and you know what to expect when you visit. Service from Natalia was simply faultless. We ordered off the lunch menu and the "smokey beet" vegan burger was superb! The cajun chicken wrap was also spot on. Whilst it can be easy to knock these chains, great service and food should also be noted! We shall return for a great value and faultless service meal.

This evening, we visited Frankie and Benny’s in Hemel Hempstead. Our drink order was taken by Zoe, who promptly delivered the drinks with such a welcoming smile and vibe. Our food order was then taken and delivered, again, with a smile. Zoe ensured that we were satisfied with everything, bringing sauces and checking the food was good.
