I've been to the diner a few times over the last couple weeks for breakfasts and bike nights. Really like it there. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is great, and the food is reasonable.

Everything you could expect from a roadside diner ?

The staff are friendly and the cakes are nice and came across this cafe by pure accident has i took the wrong road to go down,
Very nice and cosy place. I didn't like the food, though, because I dont like English food but it was fresh. I will be biased if I criticise the food as I said I don't like English food. But looking at the crowd, it was evident that people were there for the food. I came to know that there was a scene in the webseries in Netflix called The Gentleman was shot there. The staff was very nice and helpful.Vegetarian options: N/a

It's certainly getting better with a great bike community that meet on Wednesday and Friday evenings. Top tip, look after your regulars and we will return.

Can't recommend the Detling Diner enough. Food was delicious (I had the Burger Brunch) and staff very friendly. If you're on the road looking for food give them a try if you're on the 249 between the M20 and M2 heading to Sittingbourne.

It seems the american dinner you see on the film, where there is also a scary motel. Staff not really friendly, old furniture, cheap and poor atmosphere. I asked for a cortado that was on the menu and the lady clearly didn't know, it was super boiling, undrinkable.
