Hate this place. Ordered chicken that was ready and they gave it to another customer while I was waiting for chips to cook - it added 20 minutes waiting time. When I complained they didn’t even understand why that would bother me. Don’t worry guys I won’t ever bother again that’s for sure. Fyi the food is bang average on a good

First visit, friendly welcome. Nice piece of cod but AWFUL chips, I think I got the scraps! The fish was 4 stars but the chips completely spoilt it.

Always had good food except the last time spent £40 most of it went in the bin I thought it was a one off tried again 11/08 /2023 fish and chips chips soggy the fish less than half the size batter different spent £20 in the bin again won't go back the man with scooter

Terrible service, ordered a chips, waited 40 minutes, no acknowledgement so left and went elsewhere. Avoid if you actually want food you've ordered, thank god I hadn't paid.

When i ordered from here my food was hard and cold, the batter was overcooked and was hard as a rock, not a good place to visit eat anywhere else.

My first visit to this fish bar as we have just moved to the area. Ordered middle of skate, when i started to eat it it was dreadful, the smell of amonia was incredibly strong, my husband took it back and was refunded the price of the fish, we did inform them that we are getting in touch with environmental health and have kept a piece of this bad fish. My husband ordered cod, but after smelling my fish he decided against eating his as he said the smell put him off his.So if you dont want food poisening stay away from this fish bar. Or if you want a few days in hosital then go ahead and eat from rhis dive.
